Happy CNY....With Pics Promised Long Ago..keke

Yeah…I’m back to my little blog of diaries….keke

First of all, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO everybody!Though I was never a fan of Chinese new year simply because of all the meet-and-greets and it gets so tiring! I'm not very close to my cousins and neither do I gamble well. So since a child, you can find me in a little corner with my nose stuck in a book. That's not too good as well because according to Chinese tradition, it was bad luck. (I was told the word book in mandrin sounded too similar to the word "lose", hence the superstition)The best part about Chinese new year is receiving all the ANG PAOs and of course conspiring and eventually sneaking away to meet my friends (when I was older of course). The fun is to get away unnoticed.Definitely it was fun to go shopping for new clothes. Any excuse for new clothes! But in later years, I realize boutiques find a way to over-stuff their racks with clothes just because people are buying like crazy...in the end, I feel that designs are compromised and for a few years, I just survived by pulling out an outfit from my existing wardrobe. I'm pretty stubborn about my clothes.*ok,say im fussy sumtimes*……roll eyes**Can you believe its already unto the 2nd month of the new year? I've already more or less formulated my new year resolutions. Well its CNY right? Guess the resolutions this year is something boring coz basically is to get myself going to get all wedding stuffs done up n rest myself pretty for the BIG DAY!!!!Yeah….i’ve been MIA from this blog and I know I did promise to post lots of pictures up here…but as you know,posting of pics takes almost 3hrs for just a miserable 20pics to be put up…argh…..yes…believe me!!!And I’ve got a awesomely 50 pics to post right now…howwwwww??????bleahhhh…*accumulated from xmas till cny*kekekeke*feeling guilty all now*
So should I start to back-date what happens to me eh…from xmas in that case?

1. My best pal got her proposal at LAST on xmas eve…….KEKEKEKE….and guess wat crazy things we have done *ssshhhh secret*

3. Baby Laurine(in red) is getting taller & she’s such a darling to everyone…..while baby amanda & angelia(standing clapping with daddy)awaits their newborn baby amelia who has arrived on CNY eve......*applause*

4. My Casanova-loving pal leaving for CANADA just before CNY…..booo..*I did sob*…(just in case Brian pops in once awhile to read my blog)kekeke….

Do you really know how to pronounce my name?

Lately I've been comforting myself each dreary morning by lining at Coffee Bean to grab a Ice Choco. When it is my turn to give a name (so they can yell out for you when your drink is made), I just say whatever name that pops into my head. I've used Felicia, Jennifer,Vanessa.Sometimes I'm stumped and I go er...Jolin! Of course I get funny looks.When they call my 'drink' name, I half don't respond or have to stay extra alert by repeating my "drink" name in my head.Its something I've been doing to secretly amuse myself. I find it pretty funny. Its like I'm someone else for that short span of 20 seconds.When I told Youqi, she was like"omg, you are so lame!!". But i've thought about it that sometimes,these people can never could get our names right.I get: Kay-tee,Catie,Katie.Yeah so why bother with your real name? I find especially so with my name Kathy. Not only lots of people can't spell my name,They go, "With a C??" or "Kay-tee?" "Cat?"I mean if you know the word Flirt-thy, why is Kathy that hard.(by the way,my name is pronounced with a GOOD accent of T-H-Y " Well maybe Kathy is not a very common name? Well at least- not one of the most common names - like Sharon, Melissa etc. That was fascinating!I think I should have a permanent coffee name...what shall it be? *gets distracted*

I'm off to bed now,i'm pretty exhausted with wedding preps.I'm getting a little bored with the excitment of getting married. I'm starting to fantasize holding Didi's hands,walk down a long road and just tell him "ok,i do"tats it!!!yeah....WE ARE MARRIED...*tats simple and so sweet lor*

It's Monday& 11pm now and I'm waiting for my hair to dry.

A hot shower feels sooo good! I'm so happy to be in bed. How sad is that? Haha. What is sadder is that I have to schduled lots of appointments for all the Bridal Studio,Meeting of Photogrpaher/Videographer and viewing of rings...blah blah(Almos everyday evenings & Saturdayz burnt).... * stares at screen *.... * can't remember what day to meet who now!!! *....

I'm starting to feel the stress now getting married!!!(Look to your right didi,i shall marry you when i'm that old)hyuk hyuk hyuk.Booo......Didi does nothing except to be the sitting vase at all appointments and nod his head or laugh @ me feeling all silly and pissed off when those silly "Aunties" hands me painfully ugly gowns to try on....Kaozz......*pukes*.....*rolls eyes vigorously*

Okay, time for bed! I've got a 7 am start tomorrow.
